Effect: Yarrow stimulates digestion and increases the production of gastric juice. Bearberry leaves and rupturewort support kidney function. Nettle is an excellent metabolic plant and ideally suited for dehydration. It’s also diuretic, stimulates the liver and supports the acid-base balance.
