Occurrence in the Body:

Magnesium phosphoricum is a compound of magnesium and phosphate. Magnesium is found in various tissues and cells throughout the human body. It is particularly abundant in muscle cells, including skeletal muscles and the heart muscle. Magnesium phosphoricum is also present in nerve cells, where it plays a role in the regulation of nerve activity.

Recommended usage:

Adults and children over 12 years: Allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth 1–3 times daily.
For acute symptoms: Take 1 tablet every 3–5 minutes.
It is recommended to take the tablet 10 minutes before or after a meal.
