Right of Withdrawal of Adler Apotheke OG for Distance-Selling Contracts

Customers of Adler Apotheke have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded with Adler Apotheke within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier, takes possession of the final item of the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Adler Apotheke OG, Brucker Bundesstraße 29–31, 5700 Zell am See, of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by letter, fax or email). Customers may use the withdrawal form provided by us for this purpose.

Withdrawal may also be declared using the online withdrawal function on our website. To do so, click the “Revoke the contract” button, complete the form and submit it by clicking “Confirm revocation”. We will promptly acknowledge receipt by email, specifying the content, date and time of the withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal on the final day of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from a contract concluded with Adler Apotheke, Adler Apotheke must reimburse all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs. This does not include any additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by Adler Apotheke.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which Adler Apotheke receives notification of the withdrawal.

Reimbursements by Adler Apotheke are made exclusively by bank transfer. Under no circumstances will the customer be charged any fees for the reimbursement. Adler Apotheke may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The customer must return or hand over the goods to Adler Apotheke without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the customer informs Adler Apotheke of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods back on the final day of the return period.

The customer bears the costs of returning the goods ordered. The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special Information

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods delivered in sealed packaging where the seal has been removed after delivery, or to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection—particularly to comply with the provisions of the Austrian Medicines Act—or for hygiene reasons.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to custom-made mineral essence blends, gels, cream gels and ointments, or to any other goods made specifically for the customer.
