What are dietary supplements?

Nutrients, such as vitamins or minerals, are also found in normal foods. However, dietary supplements contain these nutrients in a highly concentrated form and usually also in high dosages. The ingredients can be plant-based, animal-based or synthetically produced. As part of (alternative) medical treatment, dietary supplements are often used to compensate for deficiency symptoms.

Dietary supplements can, under certain circumstances, provide the body with significantly more nutrients than a normal diet. There is no legally binding maximum amount to be observed when taking them. However, recommendations are published.

Adler Ortho Aktiv products are nutrient combinations that are adapted to the application of the Schüßler salts 1-12. Their goal is to accompany and support the whole-body effect of the corresponding Schüßler salt. However, all dietary supplements in our online store can be taken without additional intake of Schuessler salts. Each is aimed at a different supply area.

A nutrient deficiency can be determined through a facial analysis or a consultation according to Schüßler. Our nutritional supplements then support the replenishment of deficiencies and help to correct the deficiency. Application and effect

We recommend taking 1 capsule three times a day. Take with a little liquid before or after meals. When taking your own dosage, please make sure that you do not exceed the daily maximum amounts.
