How do I redeem my voucher code?

Here we explain how you can redeem your voucher code correctly in our online shop. As soon as you have placed your selected products in the shopping basket, you can enter your voucher code directly in the shopping basket. Simply enter the voucher code in the "Enter voucher code" field provided and confirm your entry by clicking on the tick next to it. The discount will be automatically deducted from your order amount. It's that simple! Read on for detailed instructions on how to redeem your voucher code.

Step-by-step instructions for redeeming your voucher code:

  1. Add your desired products to the shopping basket.
  2. Click on the shopping basket button in the top right-hand corner of the website to display your shopping basket.
  3. Check your items and make sure everything is correct.
  4. Enter your voucher code in the "Enter voucher code" field provided.
  5. Click on the tick next to the field to confirm the entry.
  6. The discount will be automatically deducted from your order amount and you can continue with your order.

Where can I enter my voucher code?

Here are two options where you can enter the voucher code in our Shopware 6 online shop:

  1. In the quick shopping basket: When you add a product to the shopping basket, the quick shopping basket opens on the right-hand side of the screen. You can enter the voucher code directly there.
  2. In the detailed shopping basket view: You can also open the detailed shopping basket view by clicking on the shopping basket button at the top right of the page. There you will also find the input field for the voucher code directly above the green "Proceed to checkout" button.

Please note that there must already be products in the shopping basket before you can enter the voucher code. You must also confirm the voucher code by clicking on the white tick with a blue background.

Note: In the shopping basket view, there is another field in which you can search for product numbers. Please do not use this field to enter your voucher code as this will not work.
