Kalium jodatum, also known as potassium iodide, is a compound of potassium and iodine. Iodine is a trace element the body needs to produce thyroid hormones. It is obtained through foods such as iodised salt, fish, dairy products and eggs.

Note for diabetics:
48 tablets correspond to one bread unit.
Recommended usage:
Adults and children over 12 years: Allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth 1–3 times daily.
For acute symptoms: Take 1 tablet every 3–5 minutes.
It is recommended to take the tablet 10 minutes before or after a meal.
