This herbal tea mixture stimulates the metabolism and digestion, supports liver activity and increases diuresis.

The Adler Pharma metabolic tea is made from herbs that are known to stimulate the metabolism. Combined with sufficient intake of liquid, the Adler Pharma metabolic tea is perfectly suitable as a supportive measure for weight loss for a healthy metabolism. This tea is supposed to be prepared rather watered-down making it particularly delicious and helping the deployment of its relieving effect.

Effect:

Yarrow stimulates digestion and increases the production of gastric juice. Bearberry leaves and rupturewort support kidney function. Nettle is an excellent metabolic plant and ideally suited for dehydration. It’s also diuretic, stimulates the liver and supports the acid-base balance. Dandelion bitters foster the functions of the digestive glans and gall efflux, thus stimulating the metabolism.

BaseCare alcaline bath

This alkaline mineral material bath supports the decomposition of noxious substances and acid via the skin. With the skin being the body’s largest excretion organ, supporting its decomposition of noxious substances and acid is recommended. The bath temperature should be about body temperature, i.e. about 37 °C. The alkaline pH-value of the bathwater fosters the decomposition of acid via the skin while at the same time balancing the pH-value to a physiological level of approx. 7.4. The resulting osmotic pressure causes acid to be decomposed via the skin.
