Für Einsteiger, die eine Grundausstattung an Schüßler-Salzen bereit halten wollen, bieten wir die Schüßler-Hausapotheke der Adler Pharma an. Enthalten sind die Nr. 1 - 12, das Gel W (für oberflächliche Blessuren) und die Salbe H (bei trockener Raumluft). Als Extra erhalten Sie dazu Feichtingers Schüßler-Guide (100 Seiten mit Anleitungen zur richtigen Anwendung).
Generell sind Schüßler-Salze gut verträglich und haben kaum Nebenwirkungen. In seltenen Fällen kann es zu einer Erstverschlimmerung kommen, dies ist aber als positives Zeichen für den Beginn der Heilung zu verstehen. Bei anhaltenden Beschwerden sollte jedoch immer ein Arzt aufgesucht werden.
Die Wirkung von Schüßler-Salzen setzt nicht immer sofort ein. Je nach Beschwerde und individuellem Gesundheitszustand kann dies einige Tage bis Wochen dauern. Es handelt sich bei dieser Therapieform um eine sanfte und langfristige Behandlung.
Schüßler-Salze werden in der Regel gut von Medikamenten und anderen Therapieformen vertragen und werden oft therapiebegleitend eingesetzt. Bei Unsicherheiten oder wenn Sie andere Medikamente einnehmen, sollte jedoch immer ein Arzt oder Apotheker zurate gezogen werden.
