Manganum sulfuricum is able to neutralise and eliminate free radicals, so it has an antioxidant capacity. Free radicals are highly reactive molecules with unpaired electrons that can damage cells by reacting with important cellular components such as DNA, proteins and lipids. This damage can lead to a variety of diseases and premature ageing processes. In biochemistry according to Dr Schuessler, Manganum sulphuricum is also used in other areas. Occurrence in the body:
Manganum sulphuricum, also known as manganese(II) sulphate, is a mineral salt of manganese. Manganese is often found in nature in minerals together with iron. In biochemistry according to Dr Schuessler, we also favour the use of manganese in combination with iron. Manganese ores contain various manganese compounds from which manganese(II) sulphate can be obtained through chemical processes. We consume manganese primarily through foods such as wholemeal products, nuts, leafy vegetables and fruit. The body needs small amounts of manganese for the function of various enzymes and metabolic processes.

Manganum sulfuricum is a cofactor for many enzymes, which is why it is associated with iron and carbohydrate metabolism. It is mainly used for poor concentration, cartilage damage, rheumatoid arthritis and iron deficiency.

Note for diabetics:

Recommended usage:
Adults and children over 12 years: Allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth 1–3 times daily.
For acute symptoms: Take 1 tablet every 3–5 minutes.
It is recommended to take the tablet 10 minutes before or after a meal.
