Silicea (silicon dioxide) is present in all body cells and is a key component of connective tissue. It is also found in large amounts in the skin, hair, and nails, as well as in bones and teeth. Due to its structural properties, it is also present in blood vessels.

Schüßler Salt No. 11 is primarily used for conditions related to connective tissue, skin, hair, and nails. This includes premature skin aging, connective tissue and stretch marks, brittle nails, and split ends. It is also used to support regeneration after a bone fracture.
Good to Know
For optimal results, Silicea should be combined with Schüßler Salt No. 9 (Natrium phosphoricum).

Note for diabetics:

Recommended usage:
Adults and children over 12 years: Allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth 1–3 times daily.
For acute symptoms: Take 1 tablet every 3–5 minutes.
It is recommended to take the tablet 10 minutes before or after a meal.
