Rub Ointment H onto your chest and back in order prevent discomfort caused by dry inside air during winter months. Apply a generous amount in the evenings, put a cloth on top and go to bed or put on an undershirt for a warm and cosy feeling.

Applying the ointment on skin allows the active ingredients to be absorbed directly where they are supposed to be go.

Since ointments contain fats, they are the perfect care for dry skin. Minerals applied in an ointment have a prolonged effect, as they are absorbed by the skin more slowly.

BaseCare alcaline bath

This alkaline mineral material bath supports the decomposition of noxious substances and acid via the skin. With the skin being the body’s largest excretion organ, supporting its decomposition of noxious substances and acid is recommended. The bath temperature should be about body temperature, i.e. about 37 °C. The alkaline pH-value of the bathwater fosters the decomposition of acid via the skin while at the same time balancing the pH-value to a physiological level of approx. 7.4. The resulting osmotic pressure causes acid to be decomposed via the skin. Application: Twice a week approx. 30-50minutes at 37-38 °C: three full tablespoons for a full bath; 1 teaspoon for baths of the lower legs or hands Special advice: People with high blood pressure, circulation issue or even heart issue mustn’t take baths exceeding their body temperature. Their ideal bath temperature is around 35-36.5 °C. Only use BaseCare for baths or as pulp for a face mask. Do not ingest!
